This coffee is grown in the state of Oaxaco in southern Mexico. It is classified as an Altura, and grown at an altitude greater that 3,900 feet above sea level. It is hand picked, prepared using the wet method and is sun dried. The coffee is shade grown, bird friendly and certified by OCIA. It produces a well-rounded cup, with just the right amount of acidity to match the medium body, with a surprise sweetness in the cup and a very clean, smooth finish. Price: $15.95
